Renovierung des Balkons
An verschiedenen Standorten in Deventer demontierte ACMAN die hölzernen Balkongitter und ersetzte sie durch Balkongitter aus Stahl, die mit einem Lochblech versehen waren. Die Stahlteile wurden durch Feuerverzinkung konserviert und anschließend mit zwei Schichten in jeder gewünschten RAL-Farbe pulverbeschichtet.

1 Consult
ACMAN consulted with property managers and residents to understand their needs for the balcony renovation. This involved assessing the existing wooden fences and determining the best materials and designs for replacement.
2 Design
Based on the consultation, ACMAN designed custom steel balcony fences with perforated plates. The design focused on durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal. The steel parts were hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated to ensure long-lasting protection against the elements.
3 Result
The implementation of ACMAN’s steel balcony fences significantly improved the safety and aesthetics of the balconies in Deventer. The turnkey delivery included the removal of old fences, ensuring a seamless and efficient renovation process that met the residents‘ and property managers‘ expectations.
