Advantages of Prima Air® (High-pressure) Humidifiers

High-pressure humidification is the most powerful and energy-efficient method of humidification in the industrial sector. Prima Air industrial humidifiers contain a high-pressure pump that transports water to Airjets placed in the room.

The Airjets atomize the water through the nozzles and the built-in fan ensures homogeneous distribution of the humidified air. The water droplets in the mist are smaller than 5 microns thanks to the specially designed high-pressure humidifier and nozzles. Read more about the benefits below:

Quick and easy installation: Plug & Play

The pump unit Easy is delivered ready to plug in. You can switch on the system immediately after connecting it to the water supply network and the power supply point (230 volts). The Airjets can be suspended and connected according to instructions. After this humidify the room in question. The controller, set to the desired humidity, will automatically switch the system on or off.

Energy-efficient

High-pressure humidification is the most energy-efficient and powerful method of humidification in the industrial sector. With all other humidification technologies you face higher electricity costs. You save in comparison to steam and compressed air humidification up to 75% of your costs.

How does our (High-pressure) Humidifier work?

The Airjets are equipped with a fan that has been extensively tested. The Airjets are connected to one of the pump units. Depending on the situation, several Airjets are connected together in a group. The Airjets are supplied with water from the pump via water pipes (stainless steel pipes or high-pressure water pipes). In addition, a power cable is pulled along to drive the fan of the Airjets. This fan is automatically controlled from the pump unit.

Easy Pump Unit – 1 room (up to 10,000 m³)

The Easy Pump Unit is a small mobile system equipped with a frequency-controlled high-pressure pump, frequency controller, pressure sensor, control cabinet, filter, solenoid valve and hour meter.

The pump unit is easy to install and operate and features integrated legionella protection.

Compact Pump Unit – 3 rooms (up to 25,000 m³)

The Prima Air Compact Pump Unit is designed for independent humidification of two to three rooms. It offers a maximum capacity of 180 liters of water per hour, which is allocated across two to three separate groups.

Advanced Pump Unit – 8 rooms (> 25,000 m³)

The Advanced Pump Unit by Prima Air, designed for individual humidification, is capable of servicing up to eight separate rooms. It boasts a substantial output, with a maximum capacity of 600 liters per hour, which is evenly distributed across all rooms.
