ACMAN upgraded flats at Hagenborgh by installing new balconies in former alcoves of the building. The balconies were constructed using hot-dip galvanized steel and covered with aluminum tear plates. At the front, the balconies feature a bar fence with a hot-dip galvanized finish, powder-coated in a chosen RAL color.

1 Consult
ACMAN consulted with stakeholders to understand the specific requirements for the balcony upgrades. This involved assessing the structural needs and desired aesthetics to ensure a seamless integration with the existing building.
2 Design
Based on the consultation, ACMAN designed custom balconies using durable materials. The design focused on structural integrity, safety, and visual appeal. The steel components were hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated to ensure long-lasting protection and a high-quality finish.
3 Result
The implementation of ACMAN’s balcony design significantly enhanced the appearance and functionality of the flats at Hagenborgh. The new balconies provide residents with safe, stylish outdoor spaces, improving the overall living experience and the building’s value.
