Climate installation for spray booth
Reinders Industrial developed an energy-efficient custom-built climate installation for conditioning a spray booth used for automotive and aircraft paints. The system ensures constant ‘test conditions’ with temperatures between 15 and 35°C and relative humidity between 20 and 80%.

1 Consult
Reinders Industrial began by consulting with the client to understand their specific needs for the spray booth. This involved a detailed assessment to determine the optimal climate conditions required for high-quality painting processes.
2 Design
Based on the consultation, Reinders Industrial designed a custom climate installation that includes three semi-hermetic piston compressors, a silica-gel adsorption wheel for drying, and a steam humidifier. The system controls temperature and humidity precisely, ensuring a stable environment for painting. The installation also utilizes residual heat recovery for increased energy efficiency.
3 Result
The implementation of Reinders Industrial’s climate system has significantly enhanced the operational conditions of the spray booth. The precise control of temperature and humidity ensures high-quality paint finishes, supporting the client’s commitment to excellence in automotive and aircraft painting.
