Reinders Industrial began by consulting with Concorp to understand their specific needs for maintaining optimal production conditions in the confectionery segment. This consultation involved assessing the production environments for various popular brands like Autodrop, Fisherman’s Friend, Oldtimers, Vitalp, Heksehyl, and Skittles, to identify the optimal humidity levels required to ensure product quality and consistency.
2 Design
Based on the detailed consultation, Reinders Industrial designed a custom dehumidification system tailored to Concorp’s production facilities. The system integrates advanced humidity control technologies to maintain precise moisture levels, essential for producing high-quality confectionery. This design ensures that the production environment is kept in ideal conditions, preventing issues such as ingredient spoilage and maintaining product integrity.

Hybrid Dehumidifier (Custom)
The hybrid dehumidifier is excellent for processes with maximum drying temperatures. The dehumidifier has more residual heat than condenser heat alone and is fully optimized for minimum energy consumption.The cabinet consists of a robust steel frame with aluminum cabinet profiles. In which the double-walled and insulated panels are made of galvanized and powder-coated sheets. The hybrid dehumidifier is equipped with class EU7 bag filters to protect internal components and prevent rapid fouling of the rotor keeping the drying capacity intact.
